DHMSCare

Augury vs SKF vs DHMSCare: a fact comparison (2026)

DHMSCare and Augury both monitor machine health with wireless sensors and AI; DHMSCare sensors measure vibration and temperature, and DHMSCare offers 90-second self-serve deployment, no implementation fee and cloud in your country or region.

DHMSCare and SKF Axios, a wireless predictive maintenance solution from SKF, both use sensors that measure three-axis vibration and temperature, and DHMSCare adds 90-second self-serve deployment with no implementation fee.

SKF Axios today

SKF lists SKF Axios among its inactive or obsolete condition-monitoring products (skf.com, read October 2026). SKF states that support stays available while a product is inactive, so ask SKF about your own installation.

How to read the table

All three measure vibration and temperature. The bigger split is delivery: Augury runs a managed service, while DHMSCare is self-serve with partner support on site.

Sensing differs at the edges. Augury adds magnetic flux on the Halo R4000 and offers the Halo U2000 ultrasound sensor for very slow machines such as rotary kilns, and DHMSCare adds speed on four of its sensor models.

Batteries differ as well. Augury rates its replaceable battery at five years at most, SKF rates the Axios battery at five years, and DHMSCare rates five years after activation, or three on the DS400 and DS420.

How DHMSCare handles it

Each sensor mounts near a bearing and links to its measuring point with a phone tap, and one gateway serves 60 sensors at most. Mina then turns each alert into a plain next step, so a plant without its own vibration analyst can still act.

In real plants, DHMSCare alerts are accurate in 90%+ of cases. A pilot on one line lets your team check that figure on its own machines before a wider rollout.

Questions buyers also ask

How does each system reach the cloud?

Each uses a gateway. Augury's Cassia X2000 has built-in cellular, SKF Axios gateways use Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and the DHMSCare DG311 uses 4G or Ethernet.

Does DHMSCare measure magnetic flux or ultrasound?

No. DHMSCare covers vibration and temperature, plus speed on four sensor models.

Can we run DHMSCare next to Augury or SKF?

Yes. DHMSCare is a separate system with its own sensors and gateways.
