Can we choose who receives alerts, by machine and by person?

Yes, by machine and by person. For each alert level, DHMSCare rules set how the alert is sent and who receives it. An alert can go by in-app message, app push, email, or SMS where local rules allow, to the machine's owner or to named people. Default rules cover every machine, and custom rules change this machine by machine.
