Low-cost wireless sensors from Monnit, Banner or Advantech exist. Why not just buy those?

Short answer

DHMSCare is built for rotating-equipment predictive maintenance: one system covers the sensors, alerts, AI fault diagnosis and recommended maintenance actions, so your team acts on findings, not raw readings. Buying sensors alone is a different kind of project.

What those sensors are built for

Advantech's WISE-2410 is a LoRaWAN node, a long-range low-power radio device, measuring 10–1000 Hz.

Banner's QM30VT2 is an industrial vibration sensor that connects through RS-485 and Modbus, a common wired industrial link and the data protocol that runs over it. Monnit's ALTA vibration meter belongs to a general wireless monitoring system.

These are solid parts, and electrical and automation teams know them well. But a sensor on its own gives you readings. Turning readings into decisions still needs a platform, analysis rules and someone to interpret them.

What a complete system adds

With DHMSCare, the sensors, gateway, platform and diagnosis come as one system. Each machine is judged against its own baseline, so an alert points to a change in that machine. Mina, the industrial AI agent, names the likely fault and the next maintenance step in plain words.

That means less integration work before the first useful alert. Your team does not build the analysis layer itself.

What to expect after go-live

Sensors mount on the machine and pair with a phone tap, with no stop needed. Self-serve deployment takes 90 seconds. If the plant network drops for a short time, the gateway keeps the readings and uploads them later.

The results are measurable: 90%+ of DHMSCare alerts are accurate in real plants, with AI fault diagnosis at 85%+.

Questions buyers also ask

Can we connect DHMSCare data to our own systems?

Yes. Every paid plan includes a REST API with read access to devices, measuring points, health and alerts. Custom connectors to systems such as SAP PM are delivered as projects.

Do DHMSCare sensors also measure temperature?

Yes. Every DS sensor measures surface temperature along with three-axis vibration.

Is the hardware sold without the software?

Yes, sensors and gateways can be ordered on their own. Monitoring, alerts and AI diagnosis on the DHMSCare platform need a subscription plan.
