Short answer
DHMSCare DS sensors carry CE marking, the DG310 gateway carries CE, FCC and IMDA (Singapore), and the DG311 gateway carries CE and FCC. CE covers sale in Europe, FCC in the United States, and IMDA in Singapore; for hazardous areas, see the IECEx paragraph above.
