We already have a monitoring supplier. Can DHMSCare run alongside it?
Yes. DHMSCare can run alongside your current monitoring supplier: start on the machines or lines your current system does not cover, with sensors that mount without modifying the machine. Nothing in your existing setup has to be removed first.
Where a second system earns its place
If your current solution already meets its targets, there may be no reason to change it. DHMSCare usually adds value in the gaps: machines nobody watches today, or lines where alerts arrive but never turn into repair work.
For example, your current system may cover only the largest critical machines. The pumps, fans and gearboxes left on manual rounds are then a sensible first scope.
How DHMSCare sits next to your system
DHMSCare sensors attach with industrial adhesive or a mounting block, or magnetically on the DS400 and DS420, so there is no drilling and no change to the machine. Fitting them needs no downtime, and each sensor pairs with its measuring point by a touch of a phone.
Your current supplier keeps its own sensors and software. DHMSCare runs as a separate system, and every paid plan includes REST API read access, a standard interface your own software can use to read its results.
What to expect in the first weeks
A typical start is one production line with ten sensors and one gateway, growing line by line. Each machine is judged against its own learned normal pattern, its baseline, rather than one fixed limit for every machine.
Across customer plants, DHMSCare alerts prove accurate 90%+ of the time. One power plant reported cutting its unplanned shutdowns from 5.6 to 2 a year, a 65% drop (read the power plant case).
Next step
Make a short list of the machines your current system leaves out, and we suggest where the first sensors should go. You can also compare vendors on our alternatives page or browse the industries we serve.

Questions buyers also ask
Can DHMSCare use the sensors we already have?
DHMSCare runs on its own wireless sensors, which report to their own gateway over industrial-grade Bluetooth 5.0 Class 1. Where a plant already has monitoring data in a compatible format, an offline review of that data is possible. Ask us which formats we can read.
Can we test both systems on the same machine?
Yes, you can fit a DHMSCare sensor to a machine your current system also watches and compare the two over time. Agree in advance which alerts you will check, so the comparison stays fair.
Do we have to cover the whole plant at once?
No. You set the scope, starting from one line. Plans default to one sensor per machine, and you add sensors only where a machine has more measuring points.
